The Mail Boat / Demerara River was used in Upper Demerara River T.P.A. The Circular Date Stamp (C.D.S) is a Panda Type E15 postmark.  The Panda Type E15 is Double Ring (D.R.) 24 mm with Mail Boat at top and office at bottom separated by dividing dots. 2 L.D. with Y.A.
